Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, be able to return at least 15 sachets, and in its original packaging. 


To start a return, you can contact us using the form below. Please note that returns will need to be dropped off or returned via postage of your choice at the your expense. 


If your return is accepted, we will give you the address and time of our drop off location or address to ship your return to. 

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Returning Product

When returning product please make sure you can return at least 15 sachets in the original box.  

 

Once your return is accepted we will provide you with a shipping address and a local drop off address. Product must be recieved within 14 days of approved return.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us in the original thread of your return.
